We want you to be happy with what you order. Here's how returns and exchanges work at UY Collection:

Ready-to-ship pieces can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.

Customized and bespoke pieces — including anything made to your measurements through Uzman Yasen — are made specifically for you and are generally final sale, except in cases of genuine quality issues, incorrect sizing against the measurements you provided, or items that don't match what was ordered.

To start a return or exchange, contact us on WhatsApp or email wecare@uycollection.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team reviews requests and responds within 48 hours.
