We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Custom-stitched orders and sale items are final sale. Email support@uycollection.com to start a return.

Yes! We offer professional custom stitching on unstitched fabrics. Full payment is required upfront, and your stitched outfit is dispatched within 4–5 working days. Provide your measurements at checkout or send them to our Fashion Consultant on WhatsApp (+92 308 659 6756).

Our kids' sizes are based on age ranges (e.g., 2-3 years, 4-6 years). Each product listing includes a size chart with the corresponding age group and approximate height. When in doubt, we recommend sizing up.

Our kids' range uses soft cotton and cotton-blend fabrics. For embellished pieces, wash inside out in cold water with a gentle detergent. Items explicitly tagged pure cotton are best for very sensitive skin.
