Q: Is stitching available for this item?

Yes — select our stitching option at checkout and enter your measurements, or send them to our Fashion Consultant on WhatsApp (+92 308 659 6756). Stitched orders are dispatched within 4–5 working days after full payment is received.

Q: What if the item does not fit perfectly?

We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unworn items. If you opted for our stitching service and there is a fit issue, contact us within 7 days and we will arrange free alterations. For unstitched fabric, provide your exact measurements at checkout to avoid any issues.

Q: How do I track my order?

You will receive a DHL or FedEx tracking link via email within 24–48 hours of dispatch. If you have not received tracking after this period, email us at support@uycollection.com or message us on WhatsApp.

Q: How should I care for this piece?

Heavily embroidered and embellished pieces should be dry-cleaned or gently hand-washed in cold water with a mild detergent. Do not machine wash, wring, or tumble dry. Store in a breathable garment bag away from direct sunlight to preserve colours and embellishments.

Q: What is the return policy for this item?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unaltered items with all original tags and packaging intact. Custom-stitched orders and sale items are non-returnable. Please contact us before sending any return so we can raise a return request for you.

Q: Will I be charged import duties or taxes?

Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your delivery country. These are not included in our prices and are the buyer's responsibility. The majority of our international orders clear customs without extra charges, but we recommend checking your local regulations.

Lucienne is a dyed Korean raw silk three-piece ensemble from Celestine by Mushq — and the collection's most considered expression of the Pakistani silk shirt tradition in luxury fabric. The shirt is cut to a shorter, kurta-inspired length that honours the classic proportions of Pakistani festive dressing while feeling thoroughly modern in its material choice: dyed Korean raw silk, selected for its natural texture and light-catching depth that sets it apart from smoother processed alternatives. The shalwar is crafted in the same dyed raw silk for a cohesive, fluid finish — a traditional silhouette rendered in luxury fabric that gives it a formal polish found in the finest Pakistani silk shirts currently available. A dyed organza dupatta floats above the ensemble — sheer, luminous, dyed to coordinate — completing the look with a translucency that the structured silk beneath cannot provide. Lucienne is designed for Eid gatherings, wedding celebrations, and semi-formal events where a Pakistani silk shirt with organza dupatta is the natural dress code: festive clothing for ladies who choose craftsmanship and material quality over surface embellishment as their statement of occasion.
