Every order gets automatic tracking. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link directly from the courier — no account needed to see it.
Want to check your order without digging through your inbox? You're welcome to view your order history anytime by signing in to your account — but this is entirely optional, not a requirement.
For custom and bespoke pieces, your production timeline is confirmed at checkout and updates are shared as your order moves through each stage — these won't show courier tracking until they actually ship, since they're being made rather than pulled from stock.
