We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unworn items. If you opted for our stitching service and there is a fit issue, contact us within 7 days and we will arrange free alterations. For unstitched fabric, provide your exact measurements at checkout to avoid any issues.

You will receive a DHL or FedEx tracking link via email within 24–48 hours of dispatch. If you have not received tracking after this period, email us at support@uycollection.com or message us on WhatsApp.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unaltered items with all original tags and packaging intact. Custom-stitched orders and sale items are non-returnable. Please contact us before sending any return so we can raise a return request for you.
