Ready-to-ship designer pieces, unstitched fabric with an optional stitching service, and fully bespoke customized pieces through our in-house label Uzman Yasen.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship to the UK, UAE, USA and beyond. Delivery estimates and any duties are shown at checkout based on your destination.

How long does delivery take?
Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched fastest. Unstitched-with-stitching and fully bespoke orders take longer, since they involve real production time — your specific timeline is confirmed when you order.

Can I return or exchange an item?
Ready-to-ship pieces can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they're unworn and in original condition. Customized and bespoke pieces, made specifically to your measurements, are generally final sale — see our Refund & Exchange Policy for details.

How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships — no account required. You can also view your order history anytime by signing in.

What payment methods do you accept?
