We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unworn items. If you opted for our stitching service and there is a fit issue, contact us within 7 days and we will arrange free alterations. For unstitched fabric, provide your exact measurements at checkout to avoid any issues.

You will receive a DHL or FedEx tracking link via email within 24–48 hours of dispatch. If you have not received tracking after this period, email us at support@uycollection.com or message us on WhatsApp.

Heavily embroidered and embellished pieces should be dry-cleaned or gently hand-washed in cold water with a mild detergent. Do not machine wash, wring, or tumble dry. Store in a breathable garment bag away from direct sunlight to preserve colours and embellishments.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unaltered items with all original tags and packaging intact. Custom-stitched orders and sale items are non-returnable. Please contact us before sending any return so we can raise a return request for you.

Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your delivery country. These are not included in our prices and are the buyer's responsibility. The majority of our international orders clear customs without extra charges, but we recommend checking your local regulations.
